Gürkan Kılıçaslan            Suay Çankaya            Simten Erinç Before founding CURE Consultancy, Mr. Kılıçaslan was the executive vice president in Garanti Technology (a subsidiary of Garanti Bank providing technology infrastructure and software development services) and responsible for Systems Analysis, Software Testing and Help Desk departments. He managed a group responsible for analysing business requirements and preparing systems specifications for software projects, designing business and technical processes, software testing, and providing help desk support to end users. Before Garanti Bank, he worked for INTERTECH between 1992 and 1995 as a systems analyst in Software Application Department. Between 1990 and 1992, Mr. Kılıçaslan worked in ITT BILKA (owned by ITT International and responsible for developing and distributing telephone directories),  having roles in process and product design, executing technical coordination with technology group of ITT Europe and developing training materials and training sales groups. Mr. Kılıçaslan holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Bosphorus University.
