Gürkan Kılıçaslan          Suay Çankaya            Simten Erinç Before founding CURE Consultancy, Mrs. Erinç was the executive vice president in Garanti Leasing and responsible for Information Technologies and Operations. Prior to Garanti Leasing, she worked at Systems Analysis department of Garanti Technology as an assistant unit manager between 1995 and 1999. Before Garanti Bank, Mrs. Erinç worked in Pamukbank between 1992 and 1994. As assistant manager in Systems Analysis department, she took responsibilities in many projects with various scopes and also participated in the design of technical and business processes. As in Pamukbank, she was a systems analyst in U&G Consultancy company between 1990 and 1992. Her first experience in banking business was in Pamukbank between 1988 and 1990. Mrs. Erinç worked as an expert in Retail Banking department. Mrs. Erinç holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
